Art Therapy (1:1 Sessions)
Individual art therapy sessions offer a gentle, confidential space to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences through creative expression. You do not need any prior art experience — the focus is not on skill, but on process and meaning.
Together, we may use image-making, reflection, and conversation to support you in making sense of your experiences, processing difficult emotions, and reconnecting with yourself. I work in a trauma-informed, compassionate way, attuned to your pace and needs, creating a space where you can feel safe, supported, and understood.
(concession fees can be discussed for those on benefits or on low income)
Art Therapy Supervision
I offer clinical supervision for art therapists, trainees, and professionals integrating creative approaches into their work. Supervision provides a reflective and containing space to think about your practice, your clients, and your own emotional responses within the work.
My approach is relational, reflective, and grounded in trauma-informed and anti-oppressive practice. Together, we can explore clinical material, ethical considerations, and your professional development, supporting you to feel more resourced, confident, and connected in your work.
I offer, weekly, biweekly and monthly sessions depending on your case load and what fits best with your schedule.
(concession fees for independent payees on low income can be discussed)
Reflective Practice Groups
Reflective practice groups offer a shared, supportive space to pause and think about the emotional impact of your work. These groups are particularly beneficial for professionals working in caring, therapeutic, or high-pressure roles.
Through creative exercises, discussion, and reflection, the group becomes a space to process experiences, reduce feelings of isolation, and deepen understanding of yourself and others. The emphasis is on safety, curiosity, and collective support rather than performance or problem-solving.
Therapeutic Workshops
Therapeutic workshops provide structured, creative spaces for exploration around themes such as wellbeing, identity, stress, and emotional expression. These can be offered to organisations, community groups, or specific populations.
Workshops are thoughtfully designed to be accessible, inclusive, and trauma-informed, combining creative activities with gentle reflection. They aim to foster connection, self-awareness, and a sense of shared experience within a safe and supportive environment.
Collaborative Projects
I welcome opportunities to collaborate with organisations, charities, and community groups to design and deliver arts-based therapeutic or wellbeing projects. These projects are tailored to the needs of the group and may focus on empowerment, storytelling, identity, or collective healing.
My approach centres on co-creation, inclusivity, and cultural sensitivity, ensuring that participants feel respected, heard, and meaningfully engaged. Together, we can create spaces that honour lived experience and support expression, connection, and growth.
